Choosing one of the health tourism marketing agencies in Turkey is a bigger decision than picking an advertising supplier. The agency will speak to patients in the UK, Germany or the Gulf on your behalf, set their expectations about treatment and price, and decide which enquiries reach your coordinators. This guide lists ten agencies that publicly focus on clinics, hospitals and health tourism, explains what each one says it does, and sets out the questions to settle before you sign.

How we built this list
We started from agencies that clinic owners actually meet when they search for health tourism marketing in Turkish and English, then kept only those whose own websites describe a clear healthcare or health tourism service. For each agency we read the published service pages and noted where it is based, which channels it manages and which patient markets it names.
Everything below is what each agency publishes about itself, checked on 21 September 2026. We have not audited client results, advertising accounts or contracts, and figures such as years of experience or managed ad spend are the agencies’ own claims. Treat the list as a shortlist to interview, not a verdict on performance.

The 10 best health tourism marketing agencies in Turkey
1. omerb
omerb — health tourism advertising agency is an Istanbul-based agency that works only with dental clinics, aesthetic clinics and health tourism providers. It manages Google and Meta advertising accounts, builds lead funnels and sets up conversion measurement, so that campaigns are judged on qualified patient enquiries rather than clicks. The agency deliberately limits the number of clinics it takes on and reports more than 20 active clinic clients and over ₺80 million in annual managed ad budget.
Worth asking: which of your enquiry sources (forms, WhatsApp, calls) will be tracked, and how a “qualified lead” will be defined in your reports.
2. PEGANOM
PEGANOM, based in Şile, Istanbul, describes more than ten years in health tourism and work with clinics, hospitals and facilitator agencies. Alongside Google, Meta and YouTube campaigns, lead-form advertising, SEO and social media, it offers health tourism sales training and publishes city guides, which makes it a fit for teams whose bottleneck is converting enquiries rather than generating them.
3. uHealth
uHealth is based in Ataşehir, Istanbul, and gives 2015 as its founding year. It combines country-specific Google Ads and Meta Ads management with SEO, social media, websites, CRM and in-house video production, including doctor introduction films and clinic shoots. It suits providers that need a steady flow of video content as well as campaign management.
4. Glawi
Glawi, based in Istanbul, works with dental clinics, hospitals and aesthetic centres targeting international patients. It builds custom multilingual websites and runs Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and AI-search (GEO) work, plus CRM pipelines. It names the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy and the US among its main markets, and says it runs campaigns in five languages.
5. Premium Dijital
Premium Dijital is an Istanbul agency that frames health tourism marketing as a complete acquisition system: international Google Ads, multilingual landing pages, international SEO, enquiry capture and reporting. Its page makes a useful point about channel mix by region — Google for Europe, Instagram for the Gulf and Yandex for Russian-speaking patients.
6. Avangard Reklam
Avangard Reklam is based in Kuşadası and works across Aydın and İzmir. For health tourism it builds separate Google Ads and Meta Ads structures per market, with English, German and Arabic campaigns aimed at the UK, Germany and the Gulf, plus SEO and landing pages. It is a natural shortlist candidate for clinics on the Aegean coast.
7. MSH Creative
MSH Creative, based in Istanbul, says it has specialised in health tourism advertising for more than eight years. Its case studies cover advertising, SEO and website work for healthcare providers, including an Istanbul surgical hospital. It suits hospitals that prefer one supplier for campaigns and the website those campaigns send patients to.
8. Medicon
Medicon positions itself as a health tourism marketing agency for hospitals, clinics and doctors. Its services include Google and Meta advertising, SEO, landing pages, CRM and automation set-up, PR writing and — less commonly — Reddit marketing. Its website does not state an office address, so confirm the company details before signing.
9. Aras Media
Aras Media is an Istanbul digital agency with a dedicated service for medical tourism companies. It offers per-country marketing strategy, Google and Meta advertising, trust-building content, brand identity design and conversion-focused websites, which suits facilitators or newer clinics that need their brand built before they scale spend.
10. Sağlık Ajans
Sağlık Ajans says it has ten years of experience in healthcare marketing. Its services centre on individual doctors — websites, social media, video, advertising and SEO — and extend to health tourism advertising, webinars, events and conference organisation. It is a fit for surgeons and dentists building a personal brand. Like Medicon, its site does not list an office address.
How to choose a health tourism marketing agency
Most agencies on this list offer the same channels, so the difference is in how they work. Settle these points before you compare prices:
- Account ownership. Google Ads, Meta Business and analytics accounts should be created in your clinic’s name, with the agency given access. If you part ways, your campaign history stays with you.
- What counts as a lead. Agree whether a form fill, a WhatsApp message or a booked consultation is the unit of success. Cost per form is easy to lower; cost per treated patient is what matters to your business.
- Market and language fit. Ask for examples in your target market and language. A strong Turkish domestic campaign does not prove the agency can reach patients in Manchester or Riyadh.
- Advertising rules. Health advertising is restricted by Google’s healthcare policies, Meta’s advertising standards and, for UK audiences, the CAP Code enforced by the ASA. Ask how the agency handles before-and-after images, price claims and guarantees in each market.
- Reporting you can check. Reports should reconcile with your own CRM or WhatsApp records, not only with platform dashboards.
Patients now compare clinics on transparency as much as price. Make sure the prices and treatment descriptions in your ads match what your coordinators quote — our Turkey dental tourism statistics and dental cost index show the planning ranges patients see.
Red flags in agency proposals
- Guaranteed patient numbers or guaranteed revenue in the contract.
- Ad accounts opened in the agency’s name with no transfer clause.
- Ad copy promising “painless”, “permanent” or “risk-free” treatment, or before-and-after photos used without documented patient consent.
- Monthly reports with impressions and clicks but no enquiry or booking data.
- Long lock-in periods before the agency has shown results in your target market.
International patients use our calculator to set a treatment budget before contacting clinics. It gives general planning figures, not clinic quotes.
Frequently asked questions
What does a health tourism marketing agency do?
It helps clinics and hospitals attract patients from abroad, usually through Google and Meta advertising, multilingual websites and landing pages, SEO and enquiry tracking. Some also train sales teams or produce video content.
How much do health tourism marketing agencies in Turkey charge?
None of the agencies listed here publishes a fixed price list. Most quote a monthly management fee on top of the advertising budget you pay to Google or Meta, so ask for both figures separately in writing.
Why is omerb ranked first?
omerb works only with dental, aesthetic and health tourism clinics and judges campaigns on measured patient enquiries rather than clicks. The ranking reflects our editorial judgment, not an independent audit of results.
Is a health tourism agency the same as a medical tourism facilitator?
No. A marketing agency works for the clinic and runs its advertising. A facilitator works with patients and arranges treatment, often for a commission. Our guide to booking directly, through an agency or through a marketplace explains the patient side.
How long before a clinic sees results?
Paid campaigns can generate enquiries within weeks, while SEO usually takes months. Agree a review point, such as 90 days, and judge results on consultations and treated patients rather than clicks.
