Updated · GetClinicTurkey Editorial · Price figures are planning ranges, not treatment quotes.
A single dental implant in Marmaris falls within our 2026 Turkey planning range of €350–800, and full-arch treatment starts from €2,500 per jaw for All-on-4 and €3,200 per jaw for All-on-6. Where your quote lands depends less on the town than on four things: the implant system, whether the abutment and crown are included, whether you need a bone graft or sinus lift, and how the clinic plans the two trips most implant cases need.
This guide covers what is specific to having implants in Marmaris: reading the price, planning the trip from Dalaman, and keeping a resort holiday from working against a healing implant. For the general background on implants in Turkey, see our 2026 implant price guide.

Dental implant prices in Marmaris (2026)
These are the same planning ranges we use across Turkey. Use them to test whether a quote is plausible, not as a promise that every Marmaris clinic will quote inside them.
| Treatment | 2026 planning range | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Single dental implant | €350–800 | Implant system, abutment, whether the crown is included |
| Zirconia crown on the implant | €150–300 | Whether it is already inside the implant price |
| All-on-4, per jaw | €2,500–4,500 | Extractions, temporary bridge, final bridge material |
| All-on-6, per jaw | €3,200–5,500 | Why six implants, implant system, two-trip schedule |
Is Marmaris cheaper than Fethiye, Antalya or İstanbul? Not reliably. The difference between two quotes usually comes from what each one includes, not from the postcode. If you are deciding between full-arch options, our implant price guide covers single, All-on-4 and All-on-6 pricing in more depth.
Is the quote for the implant or for the whole tooth?
This is the most common reason two implant prices in the same resort look so different. An implant tooth has three parts: the fixture placed in the bone, the abutment that connects to it, and the crown you see. Some quotes price only the first.
| Line item | Why it changes the price | Ask the clinic |
|---|---|---|
| Implant system | Manufacturers and product lines differ in cost | Which manufacturer and model, in writing? |
| Abutment | Can be stock or custom-made | Is it included, and which type? |
| Final crown | Often priced separately; material varies | Is the crown in this price? What material? |
| 3D scan (CBCT) | Needed to plan most cases | Is the scan included, and will I get a copy? |
| Bone graft or sinus lift | An extra procedure, and often extra time | Is it likely in my case? What would it add? |
| Temporary tooth | Needed for visible teeth while you heal | What do I wear between trips? |
| Second trip | Flights, hotel and transfers again | Which visits does the price cover? |
Leeds Teaching Hospitals notes that a 3D cone beam CT scan is usually requested before implant treatment, to show the bone, nerves and sinuses (Leeds Teaching Hospitals). If a clinic offers a fixed price from photographs alone, treat it as an estimate until the scan has been done. For the full list of what a complete quote should separate, see one trip or two for implants.
Bone grafts and sinus lifts: priced and timed separately
If there is not enough bone to hold an implant, you may need a bone graft. Small grafts can sometimes be done at the same time as the implant. Larger ones are done months before it (Leeds Teaching Hospitals; Cambridge University Hospitals). In the upper jaw, the sinus can limit bone height, and a sinus graft may be used to build it up (Leeds).
Guy’s and St Thomas’ says a bone graft can add four to six months to treatment (Guy’s and St Thomas’). For a Marmaris trip, that matters twice: it adds a line to the quote and it can move your second trip into a different season. Ask the clinic two things before you pay a deposit:
- Is a graft or sinus lift likely in my case, based on my scan?
- If the decision changes during surgery, what is the price, and how does it change my return date?
Get both answers in writing. A quote that says “graft if needed” without a price is not a complete quote.
Getting to Marmaris for implant treatment
Dalaman is the nearest airport. The tourism site linked from Marmaris Municipality puts it about 90 km from Marmaris, with Milas-Bodrum Airport about 140 km away (Gelecek Marmaris). Both are on the Turkish State Airports Authority list of airports (DHMİ). Either way, plan for a road transfer of well over an hour on arrival and departure.
That transfer is worth thinking about on the way home. After implant surgery you will want a short, comfortable journey, not a long day of connections. Before buying flights, confirm with the clinic:
- which airport the included transfer covers, and whether it is private or shared;
- the date of your post-surgery review, and the earliest safe flight after it;
- what happens if the review shows you need another day.
If you have a sinus lift or upper-jaw graft, ask specifically about flying. Our guide to flying after implants and extractions explains why there is no single waiting period.
Plan two trips, not one holiday
Most implant cases are staged. Guy’s and St Thomas’ says you usually wait at least three months after placement before the implant can support replacement teeth (Guy’s and St Thomas’), and Leeds describes integration periods of two to six months (Leeds). In Marmaris, a typical plan looks like this:
| Stage | What usually happens | Marmaris planning point |
|---|---|---|
| Trip 1 | Examination, 3D scan, final plan, any extraction or graft, implant placement, review | Keep the surgery day and the day after free of boat trips and long excursions |
| At home | Healing and integration, usually at least three months | Know who to contact if something feels wrong, and who sees you locally |
| Trip 2 | Scan or impressions, try-in, final crown, bite adjustment | Check flights and hotel availability for this date before you commit to the schedule |
A spring first trip can mean an autumn or winter second trip. Marmaris is a resort town, so check flights from your home airport and the clinic’s availability for the second date before you book the first. Add the second trip’s flights, hotel and transfers to your budget; they are part of the real implant cost. Same-day or one-trip options exist for some cases, but only your dentist can confirm that from your own scan.
Holiday plus implant surgery: what to keep off the itinerary
Marmaris is easy to enjoy, which is exactly the risk. Implant placement is minor oral surgery, and the first days matter.
- Alcohol: NHS guidance says no alcohol for at least 24 hours after implant treatment or oral surgery (Guy’s and St Thomas’; NHS Dental HealthCare). Your clinic may ask for longer, especially if you are taking prescribed medication.
- Smoking and vaping: they delay healing and raise the risk of infection (NHS Dental HealthCare), and the risk of implant failure is higher in smokers (Cambridge University Hospitals).
- Activity: rest on the day of surgery rather than exercising (NHS Dental HealthCare). A boat trip, a long hike or a day in the heat can wait.
- Swimming: the NHS leaflets we checked give no universal rule. Ask the treating dentist when it is safe for your wound, and get the answer in writing.
- Cleaning: Guy’s and St Thomas’ advises not brushing the implant site for one week and using the mouthwash you are given (Guy’s and St Thomas’). Follow your own clinic’s instructions if they differ.
If nerves are part of the decision, our guide to dental anxiety in Marmaris covers sedation questions and whether someone needs to accompany you home, which a holiday package may not include.
Finding implant clinics in Marmaris
Our Marmaris dental clinics page lists the clinics in our directory for the town, with the services each one publishes and which of them mention implants. Marmaris is a smaller market than Antalya or İstanbul, so if you want more independent quotes, widen the search to the implant clinics across Muğla, which include Fethiye and Bodrum. Our Fethiye, Bodrum and Marmaris comparison explains how the three towns differ for treatment trips.
Whichever clinic you contact, ask for the same things: the treating dentist’s name, the implant manufacturer and model, the scan, an itemised tooth-by-tooth quote, the graft and sinus-lift position, both trip dates and the written guarantee. The UK Foreign Office also advises discussing your plans with your dentist at home before you go (FCDO). Our implant guide for UK patients lists what to request before paying a deposit.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a dental implant cost in Marmaris?
Our 2026 planning range for a single dental implant in Turkey, including Marmaris, is €350–800. Full-arch treatment starts from €2,500 per jaw for All-on-4 and €3,200 per jaw for All-on-6. These are planning ranges, not quotes: the implant system, whether the abutment and crown are included, and any bone graft or sinus lift decide where your price falls.
Are dental implants cheaper in Marmaris than elsewhere in Turkey?
Not reliably. We use the same planning ranges across Turkey, and the bigger differences come from the treatment plan, the materials and what the quote leaves out. Choose Marmaris for the dentist and the logistics, not for a headline discount.
Does the implant price include the crown?
Not always. A headline implant price may cover only the titanium fixture placed in the bone. Ask whether the abutment, the final crown, the temporary tooth and the 3D scan are included, and get the answer in writing as separate line items.
How many trips do dental implants in Marmaris need?
Usually two. Guy’s and St Thomas’ says you usually wait at least three months before an implant can support replacement teeth, Leeds Teaching Hospitals describes integration periods of two to six months, and a bone graft can add four to six months. Immediate loading is possible in some cases, but only your dentist can confirm it from your own scan.
Which airport is closest to Marmaris for dental treatment?
Dalaman Airport. The tourism site linked from Marmaris Municipality puts it about 90 km from Marmaris, with Milas-Bodrum Airport about 140 km away. Confirm which airport your transfer covers before you book flights.
Can I swim or drink alcohol after dental implant surgery in Marmaris?
NHS aftercare guidance says no alcohol for at least 24 hours after implant or oral surgery, and to rest rather than exercise on the day. The NHS leaflets we checked give no universal rule on swimming, so ask the treating dentist for written instructions for your case before you plan a pool or boat day.
