1. What GetClinicTurkey Is
GetClinicTurkey is an information and introduction platform. We list independent dental, hair transplant and aesthetic clinics in Türkiye, summarise publicly available information about them (ratings, treatments, indicative prices) and, at your request, forward your enquiry to suitable clinics so they can send you a quote.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any medical treatment, and nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Always consult a licensed medical professional before making treatment decisions.
2. Clinics Are Independent
All clinics listed on the Platform are independent businesses. Your treatment agreement is exclusively between you and the clinic you choose. The clinic — not GetClinicTurkey — is solely responsible for the medical services it provides, its pricing, its licensing and the outcome of any procedure.
3. “Verified” Listings, Ratings and Prices
Where we mark a clinic as verified, this means we have checked publicly available licensing and/or registration information at the time of listing. It is not a guarantee of treatment quality or results. Ratings shown (Google, Trustpilot, WhatClinic, Yandex and similar) belong to the respective platforms and reflect third-party user opinions at the time we collected them; they may change.
Prices displayed on the Platform are indicative package ranges collected from clinics and public sources. Your binding price is only the written quote you receive from the clinic.
4. Free Service & How We Earn
Our comparison and introduction service is free for patients. We may receive a referral or marketing fee from clinics when an introduction results in treatment. This does not increase the price you pay.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in enquiry forms, to be at least 18 years old when submitting an enquiry, and to use the Platform only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for verifying that a clinic and its medical staff meet your requirements before booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetClinicTurkey is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from treatments performed by listed clinics, travel arrangements, reliance on information published on the Platform, or temporary unavailability of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to €100.
7. Intellectual Property
The GetClinicTurkey name, logo, website design and original content are our property. Clinic names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information purposes.
8. Privacy
We process personal data (including health-related information you choose to share in enquiry forms) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR. By submitting an enquiry you consent to your details being shared with the clinics you asked us to contact.
9. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
